This listing is for booking pet sitting. 

The non refundable amount of $ 10 shall be payable in advance as a booking fee which is deducted from your total and payment of all additional fees are due at the start of services (ie first visit pet sitting or pet taxi)

Once you order this you will be able to download the intake forms you need to fill out before the meet and greet or you are a repeat customer and already have this ready and just need a new first page. You can complete this online or with a pen.
